Hehe.

Super impressed that you can do anything on one foot without a drishti. You've inspired me to try closing off my senses during yoga this week.Lori Lavender Luzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15394441222262940632noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5544913458028415917.post-47446346929088426142012-12-08T01:47:16.915-05:002012-12-08T01:47:16.915-05:00mmm, that soup sounds gooood!

Yoga sounds nice right about now. Bootcamp, not so much. lol!Audreyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11932948160120089696noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5544913458028415917.post-71716129160325955052012-12-07T11:19:59.313-05:002012-12-07T11:19:59.313-05:00Well, Happy Birthday!Well, Happy Birthday!gwinnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04840990153103781272noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5544913458028415917.post-23937757446492666042012-12-07T07:55:50.460-05:002012-12-07T07:55:50.460-05:00I love this post. I wonder if it has to do with our age - reflecting on the time that seems to be passing faster every day - or it's just the season.

And lately I've been looking at it more as unraveling, unwinding a ball of twine. What will I find when I've gotten to the end of the string? Nothing? Something?

Metaphorically I can relate it to me. Who is my deepest self?

And I have to admit it's a little scary that I've gone 37 years without really KNOWING myself.

Regardless, I love having a name for removing the internal and external distractions. And the dichotomy of doing this during the holiday season, when there are SO many distractions... well, it seems like something worth doing.

Happy Birthday. And thanks for posting this.

xoxoSerenityhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17765237663006604157noreply@blogger.com
